Natasha & Tom
I love intimate celebrations and the warm feeling of being amongst those that love and know each other well. Natasha and Tom’s big day was beautiful, surrounded by family and friends, filled with a fantastic atmosphere of appreciation and support. They all gathered at the stunning Arley Hall & Garden, in the Cheshire's beautiful countryside - a venue that allowed us to take some really romantic UK wedding photographs, that were just a delight to take.
Natasha and Tom are the parents of a gorgeous little girl Zosia, who brightened the day with her contagious smile and expressive blue eyes. I love how she was such a big part of the day, being a flower girl, enchanting the guests with the happiness she expressed so purely for her parents, and I am so glad it is all registered for the future of their family in their Arley Hall wedding photography.

Arley Hall & Gardens is a dreamy venue located in the breathtaking countryside of Cheshire. You find yourself so immersed in the surrounding nature that is hard to believe that you are not far from Manchester. The house is a wonderful historical building that dates back to the first half of the 19th century. This marvellous place is very inspiring, offering the grandeur of a big stately home, the pleasure of manicured gardens and the freedom of acres and acres of parkland - it feels so obvious that it has been used extensively as a film location! It impresses me that, somehow, it manages to be majestic and welcoming simultaneously and is the perfect place for romantic UK wedding photography.
A gorgeous wedding venue
There are many rooms to explore in the Hall. There are spaces beautifully decorated with priceless art, and others featuring impressive carved wood, some have the most elaborate ceilings, and you can also find majestic stained glass windows. In Natasha and Tom’s Arley Hall wedding photography, we made every effort to make the most of all this magnificent house has to offer, using different spaces throughout the day to register the couple and their guests.

When you love a library...
The Library is simply magnificent and possibly one of my favourite spaces to take Arley Hall wedding photography. It is classically timeless with its stunning wooden shelves and beautiful leather-bound rows of books. It is a very unique place, so elegant and welcoming, that has fantastic light, and it looked just beautiful in Natasha and Tom’s Arley Hall wedding photos. Tom got ready in the Library of Arley Hall, we took some of the couple’s photos there and we also made their group photos in this space. I have written about this before, and I am never tired to repeat it: group photos are one of the most important moments to me as a wedding photographer. Those are the ones a couple will share with their loved ones and will be their keepsakes for the years to come. I love doing such an essential part of their Arley Hall wedding photography in such a beautiful library.

How beautiful you look
Natasha chose a very classy, elegant dress, with a beautiful shoulder line complemented elegantly with a pearl necklace - delicate and sweet. Her bouquet was a combination of beautiful roses in pale pink and white, adding a magical touch to her bridal look. The flower girls were wearing sweet lace dresses and cute pink flower crowns, and the bridesmaids were in dark blue - a very elegant combination.

Ready for the "I do"
When Natasha, her bridesmaids and the flower girls were all ready, they descended the impressive Grand Staircase. Its delicate strapwork is absolutely awe-inspiring and the art surrounding makes it the perfect backdrop for romantic UK wedding photography, full of drama and charm.

Early Spring at its best
April is a magical month in England. I love the warmth of the days, the budding flowers, and the green returning to life. It is such a hopeful month, after weeks and weeks of darkness. But one of my favourite things of it all is the blossoming trees: their sight fills my heart with absolute joy. I couldn’t have been more delighted to see magnolias in full bloom in the Gardens of Arley Hall! It was so special to be able to do Natasha and Tom’s Arley Hall wedding photos surrounded by such magnificent trees, that stood like artwork in soft pastel colours in the middle of the garden.

Time to affirm love
The reception took place in the Hall, a wonderful space that features wooden panelled walls and priceless art. It all looked very elegant with the tall flower arrangements of the tables, softly combining white and pastel pink.

The music of your heart
One of my favourite moments of the day was when Natasha went quietly to the Drawing Room and started to play the piano. We followed her to register it for her Arley Hall wedding video, glad we could have such a special moment captured. When she started playing, all the guests were relaxing in the other room, and as soon as they heard the music, they went looking for its source. When they realised it was her, they all stood and listened to her soft music, surprised to be able to see her talent. It was a sweet, intimate moment of people enjoying each other.

A sunny memorie
To fill our hearts with gladness, the sun also shone all day, and we could make the most out of the outdoors for their Arley Hall wedding video. Natasha , Tom and all the guests walked from the Hall to the Olympia, a renovated Victorian Barn with a lovely private courtyard. There they danced, played games, enjoyed their guests and I just love how relaxed and utterly in love this dear couple was. Nothing like having a sun-soaked garden full of life to register one of the most special days in a couple’s life!

Working on Natasha and Tom’s Arley Hall wedding photography and video was an absolute delight to us. Their day was full of love, relaxed and joyful as a gathering of people that love one another should be. I am thankful we were part of this significant day of their personal stories.
